Objective: To analyze the effect of black soybean natto treatment on the recovery of the reproduction system in hypercholesterolemic male mice model. Methods: Thirty male mice were divided into five groups, they were normal mice (K−), a hypercholesterolemic mice model (K+), a hypercholesterolemic mice model with 200 mg/kg BW of natto extract (P1), a hypercholesterolemic mice model treated with 400 mg/kg BB of natto extract (P2), and a hypercholesterolemic mice model treated with 800 mg/kg BB of natto extract (P3).
