INOVAÇÃO, ORGANIZAÇÃO E APRENDIZAGEM ORGANIZACIONAL

Innovation can be characterized in different forms and can influence the departments of an organization in several ways. Nevertheless the process of innovation has a common relating principle: it is not self supported, that is, its process does not have a natural tendency for its own development, in fact it must be discovered, stimulated and managed all the way to be effective. To be innovative, every post of work in the company should have a different responsibility and a job to be done in the innovation process, and it is necessary to have the knowledge to deal with problems in the several levels of the organization. This paper aims to present some characteristics of innovation, show the attitude needed to every sector of the company and suggest approaches to the organizational learning development, in order to help the companies generate, develop and maintain a strategy of a permanent innovational process so that they can establish a sustained competitive advantage. It is possible to conclude that innovation is not a spontaneous process; it is in fact, supported by knowledge where all the company sectors and levels must be involved
