Innovation can be characterized in different forms and can influence the departments of an organization in several ways. Nevertheless the process of innovation has a common relating principle: it is not self supported, that is, its process does not have a natural tendency for its own development, in fact it must be discovered, stimulated and managed all the way to be effective.
