Aim: To assess thoracic CT findings in non-traumatic patients with respiratory distress hospitalized in the intensive care unit. Material and Method: Forty-three patients treated in the intensive care unit in our hospital in 2015-2016 were included in the study. Thorax CT images obtained from the radiology archive were assessed by two radiology specialists. Patients%u2019 clinical findings and laboratory results were documented from the patients%u2019 records. Results: Nine patients (20.9%) were female and 34 (79.1%) were male. Mean age was 71.1± 15.4 (21-89) years.
