LEARNING THE ROLE OF THE PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF SPECIALIST IN SOCIAL WORK IN THE PENITENTIARY INSTITUTIONS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL BECOMING (THE RESEARCH IS DONE ON THE DATA OF QUESTION OF EXPERTS AND STUDENTS)

<p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">Professional activity of specialist in social work of the penitentiary institution has the expressed specific conditioned by the features of sociocultural environment and specific contingent of the institution. Modern researches and practice of social work show that during professional activity those specialists are more successful who have sufficient pedagogical competence.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">The Article deals with the structure and maintenance of the pedagogical competence. An empirical research is devoted to learning the importance of the pedagogical competence in professional formation of specialist in social work of the penitentiary institution. The results of the question of specialists-practice and students are presented with the purpose to study the opinions concerned the necessity of the pedagogical competence of experts in social work of the penitentiary institution and possible ways to improve it.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">Some conclusions have done: it is necessary<span class="char-style-override-1"> </span>to find ways of forming and improving the professional competence of specialists in this field.
