The Effect of Community Participation and Transparency On The Village Fund Controlling

Artikel ini akan dipresentasikan di International Journal of Art and Sciences (IJAS) di University of London Union England.This study aims to examine the effect of citizen participation and the transparency of village fund management on village fund controlling. The population in this study is all the people in the village Pa'batangan. While the determination of the sample is determined purposively, namely the members of the village consultative bodies, amounting to 9 people, and representatives of citizens of 20 people, each 5 people from elements of public figure, elements of women, elements of the poor, and community organizations. So the total sample size is 29 people. Data collection method are survey by using questionnaire instrument. The results showed that citizen participation and transparency simultaneously has a significant positive effect on the controlling of village funds. This is shown from the results of multiple linear regression test with a significance value of 0.021 or smaller than 0.05. While the partial test results for each variable indicate that participation does not significantly affect the controlling (tcount = 0.99 ?? ttable = 1.97) while the transparency variables significant affect the controlling (tcount = 5.96 ?? ttable = 1.97)
