KEANEKARAGAMAN JENIS KUPU-KUPU DI KAWASAN AIR TERJUN BERTINGKAT DESA LANNA KECAMATAN PARANGLOE KABUPATEN GOWA

-ABSTRAK.\ud Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang ???Keanekaragaman jenis kupu-kupu di kawasan air terjun bertingkat Desa Lanna, Kabupaten Gowa???. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis kupu-kupu di kawasan air terjun bertingkat Desa Lanna, Kecamatan Parangloe, Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian menggunakan metode jelajah yang dilakukan pada 3 stasiun: stasiun I (areal pembibitan), stasiun II (areal hutan lindung) dan stasiun III (areal dekat aliran air terjun), sampling kupu-kupu menggunakan sweap net. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 33 spesies kupu-kupu yang tergolong ke dalam 4 famili yaitu Papilionidae, Nymphalidae, Pieridae dan Lycaenidae. Hasil analisis Indeks keanekaragaman spesies yang diperoleh dari stasiun I sebesar 1,42 (kriteria rendah ), stasiun II sebesar 2,12 (kriteria sedang) dan dari stasiun III sebesar 1,03 (kriteria rendah). Secara keseluruhan tampak bahwa keanekaragaman kupu-kupu di kawasan tersebut sedang dengan nilai Indeks keanekaragaman sebesar 2.51. Dari keseluruhan 33 spesies yang diperoleh, 2 spesies merupakan kupu-kupu yang dilindungi oleh pemerintah (PP No.7/1999) yaitu Triodes helena dan Chetosia myrina, 1 spesies termasuk dalam Appendix CITES II (Troides helena). \ud \ud Kata kunci: keanekaragaman, kupu-kupu, air terjun Lanna, Gowa.\ud \ud ABSTRACT.\ud \ud The research about "Diversity of species of butterflies in the area of waterfall Lanna Village, Gowa". The research objective was to determine the species diversity of butterflies in the area of tiered waterfall Lanna Village, District Parangloe, Gowa. Research using roaming method performed on three stations: the first station (nursery areas), station II (protected forest area) and station III (areas near stream waterfall), sampling using sweap butterfly net. The results showed 33 species of butterflies belonging to the four families that Papilionidae, Nymphalidae, Pieridae and Lycaenidae. The results of the analysis of species diversity index derived from first station of 1.42 (low criteria), the station II of 2.12 (criterion being), and from the station III of 1.03 (low criteria). An index value of diversity in the waterfall area Lanna is 2.51 (criterion being). Overall it appears that the diversity of butterflies in the region currently.
