There has been done research to determine the level of trophic state of the Lake Tempe based on the amount of concentration of Nitrate and Phosphate so that it can become the foundation in the effort of developing the management of Lake waters. Water sampling was conducted in August 2016 and March 2017 at each of three station points for Nitrate, Phosphate, and supporting parameters such as BOD and COD tested in the laboratory using UV-VIS Spectrophotometry. Measurements of Temperature, pH, DO, TSS, TDS, DHL, Turbidity and Brightness were performed at the sampling site.
