Case of a Ascending-to-Descending Aortic Bypass for Complex Coarctation of the Aorta

A variety of approaches and surgical techniques have been proposed for the management of complex form of aortic coarctation. When there is an additional cardiovascular disorder that requires surgical correction it is preferable to correct both lesions through the same incision simultaneously.
