Highlights • Eco-feedback has focused on energy consumers and behaviour change. • Households can now be both consumers and producers of energy. • These prosumers have different and more complex feedback needs. • Existing eco-feedback data is underutilised for meeting prosumer needs. • New goals, purposes and mechanisms for eco-feedback for prosumers are proposed.
