International audienceIn this paper is investigated the sensitivity of digital architectures dedicated to intelligent control with respect to transient errors caused by nuclear or space radiation. Fault injection experiments show the fault tolerance properties of two applications based on a fuzzy logic controller and an articificial neural network respectively. Main features of the associated hardware prototypes are summarized in this paper
