Travaux de Recherche de 2005 à 2012.The development of the Scanning Tunnelling Microscope (STM), and after the Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) in the 80's represent the most significant breakthrough of Nanosciences, else its true starting point. Since 1991, Atomic Force Microscopy has been used successfully to investigate the biological world. The versatility of the instrument allowed to study different biological objects from the isolated protein to cells' tissue in their living environment. Recently, an increasing interest rose up for a transition from micrometric scanning probes to nanometric scanning probes in order to increase the acquisition data rate, to improve the minimal detection force and to open the avenue for High Speed characte...
