Cognitive disturbances are often reported as serious incapacitating symptoms by patients suffering from major depressive disorders. Recent studies showed that these mood disorders could benefit from the modulation of 5-HT4 receptor pathway. Here, we performed a complete characterization of cognitive functions in a neuroendocrine mouse model of depression, the CORT model.
