Indexing Corporate Memories through Ontologies

International audienceIn the context of Knowledge Management, we carry outa Corporate Memories (CM) project for the CompanyCIRTIL. Oour purpose is to focus on the modelling ofthe application domain. It is built as a domain ontologywith a structure supporting a semantic model based onontological relationships. In this paper we, present ourS3 model which permits to model knowledge and toindex documents. We also show how semantic indexingof technical documents can be improved by mean of thedomain ontology. We show finally the interest of ourmodel with the implementation of a prototype
