When developing individual approaches to treating obesity and comorbid diseases, the presence and severity of inflammation in adipose tissue should be taken into account, as it significantly affects its metabolism and secretion. One of the markers of inflammatory activity in adipose tissue is the circulatory level of fractalkine in the blood.
