In this article, the authors analyzed the data of patients with pituitary tumors, of which 35 (87.5 %) suffered from growth hormone deficiency (GHD) in adults with neuroendocrine complications. Specific to GHD is a group of symptoms of mental and emotional disorders, which is determined based on a questionnaire. According to the treatment mode, there were 3 groups of patients on conservative treatment (n = 15), after surgery (n = 20), after radiotherapy and conservative or surgical treatment (n = 5). The control group consisted of 20 healthy age-matched individuals.
