Hepatitis C is an urgent problem today because of the low efficiency and a significant number of side effects of conventional therapy. The problem of the treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes 1 and 4 is particularly acute, as they are the most resistant to traditional treatment regimens. The solution to this problem, apparently, is the use of a relatively new group of direct-acting antiviral drugs (DAAD).
