Article deals with topical issue of modern obstetrics — course of pregnancy, delivery and postnatal period in HIV-infected women. We studied the course of pregnancy and incidence of the extragenital diseases in HIV-infected pregnant women with diffe- rent stages of disease. The findings have shown, that HIV-infected pregnant women represent group at high risk of perinatal pathology development. With the progression of HIV-disease to reduce the incidence of HIV transmission from mother to child and to preserve the health of the woman it’s recommend to administrate highly active antiretroviral therapy
