The article presents information on the state of the oxidation-reduction process in exacerbation of chronic pyelonephritis (CP) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2. The objective of the study — evaluation of the degree of oxidative stress (OS) and the state of the antioxidant system in patients with exacerbation of chronic pyelonephritis due to DM type 2. Materials and Methods. Under clinical supervision there were 88 patients with CP against DM type 2 background aged from 43 to 80 years.
