On the contrary to the recent analysis, according to which Latin America would not be affected by the storm of the crisis, we highlight so me real and regional vulnerability aspects in the recent world crisis, as the experiences of Argentina, Mexico and Brazil show. Thus, Latin American economies are delayed both regarding the industry and the services. History is being written elsewhere : in Asia, as it will be shown in the first part of this study . We will then analyze the effects of financial globalization in the growth regimes and their weaknesses in terms of the votatilities and exaceribated sensibility regarding the movements of the capital
