The application potential of organic semiconductors for molecular electronics makes them interesting for fundamental research. Layers consisting only of one type of molecules have been investigated extensively over the last decades. Layers consisting of two different types of organic molecules, e.g. CuPc and PTCDA on the Ag(111) surface [1], are now subject of experiments.
