Analysis the risk factors of hypertension complications by using Cox regression model

Hypertension always happens with cardio-cerebral vascular diseases and kidney diseases. Exploring risk factors of the hypertension and its related complications can provide the basis for prevention and control of them. By using Cox single variable regression and multivariate regression on the samples with a period of three years, 1869 cases of hypertension patients recorded in medical treatment information system in Shenzhen, results show that the major risk factors of the complications of hypertension are age, symptoms, psychological adjustment level, which are statistically significant(
