Some application specific MMIC solutions, developed at TNO-FEL, are presented. These MMICs address the needs for future phased-array architectures. Among the MMICs are: a wide-band high-efficiency power amplifier in a MESFET technology, integrated tuneable microwave filters and multifunction RF control circuits
