BACKGROUND: Medication non-adherence has an important impact on treatment efficacy and healthcare burden across a range of conditions and therapeutic areas. METHODS: Post-hoc analysis of a 13-week randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled study of OROS methylphenidate (MPH) 54 and 72 mg/day.
