Adenocarcinomas of various types account for 10% to 20% of all primary malignant neoplasms of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. There is a general consensus that the optimal treatment of adenocarcinoma is surgery and postoperative radiotherapy. The purpose of this report was to review the results of this combined treatment as well as other treatment strategies and their outcome. Most series present outcome data from a heterogeneous group of patients, with a wide variety of tumor subtypes presenting at differing stages, who received a variety of treatment strategies.
