OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possible role of the FAS -670A>G functional polymorphism in the genetic predisposition to systemic sclerosis (SSc) susceptibility or clinical phenotype. METHODS: A total of 2,900 SSc patients and 3,186 healthy controls were included in this study.
