International audienceOver the past decade, public services have introduced innovative approaches of a new kind, formally breaking with the managerial reforms hitherto deployed. The concrete forms that these initiatives can take seem varied, but they invest techniques sharing a similar family resemblance, with a same banner of "service design". But in what extent do they share such an assertion ? Based on which issues ?
