In the Idaho Microfabrication Laboratory at Boise State University, Dr. Kris Campbell’s research involves the development of new memristor device types. Fabrication of these different device types involves the development of new materials for the devices as well as methods to process those materials. It also involves the development of new device structures, such as unique geometries or array configurations. In this poster, I present the work that I have been doing in Dr. Campbell’s research group on fabricating memristor devices. I’ll start with the incoming wafer substrate description and describe the process steps all the way through complete fabrication, ending with electrical testing results on an example memristor that I fabricated
