Using thin-layer chromatography, the selected solvent system was chloroform - ethanol (90:10), spots were visualized using UV light (254 nm wave lenght), aluminum or glass chromatographic plates were used. Using high-performance liquid chromatography ACE C18 (250x4,6 mm, 5 μm) chromatographic column was used, gradient elution mode with sulfuric acid and acetonitrile was applied, flow rate was 1 ml/min, injection volume – 10 μl.
