A retrospective study from a database was performed. LSMU Skin and Venerology disease clinic scientists and researchers from KTU UI were included in project “SkinTech”. Five patients who underwent melanoma surgery were selected. Their pathological preparations were digitalized to the panoramic images using automatic Pannoramic midi reader. The paraffin blocks of these patients suffering from melanoma were explored, with 110 and 230 MHz frequency sensor and compared with pathological examination results
