The aim: To evaluate the worth of near infrared spectroscopy during shoulder surgery. Objects: 4. To determine the changes of cerebral oxygenation and mean arterial blood pressure during shoulder surgery. 6. To determine the correlation between rSO₂ and MAP during shoulder surgery.
