The development of infrastructure in developing country such as Malaysia was increasingly founded by the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. Collaboration with private sector has become popular as a means to improve the delivery of public facilities. Yet, empirical evidence on how PPP initiative has benefits the delivery of public facilities within Malaysia context is lagging.
