This research was conducted due to the importance of school supervision's role in improving teachers and learning (TTL) in the Nigerian educational system by using a quantitative approach. The aim is to develop a framework for school supervision for the improvement of teachers' TTL and also to give insights on how supervision influences teachers, supervisors, principals and parents' effectiveness of TTL. The research population for the study was drawn from three (3) geopolitical zones of Nigeria with 540 participants.
