The present work deals with the study and analysis of the simultaneous optimization of time, cost and quality by using artificial intelligence technique; The approach is based on the use of genetic algorithms implemented in Matlab applied to a case study, the construction of a new University Campus in Cesena, focusing on the external walls of the building itself.
