Business Process is a series of business activities that are performed in a specific order, according to defined business rules. Business process is valuable to analyze an organization, in this case reorganizes departments and operational activities by systematic approach to achieve an expected quality improvement by the company. This paper discusses a business process modeling in procurement division of X Company that produces breads, biscuits, and other type of snacks.
