Pengaruh Biaya Pencegahan Dan Biaya Penilaian Terhadap Kuantitas Produk Cacat

The purpose of this research is to know that the prevention cost and appraisal cost have a simultaneous and partial influence to defective product quantities. The Indicator that used to measure the large of prevention cost and appraisal cost are the prevention activities and Appraisal activities which has done by the company. While defective product datas sources from the number of defective product which happened normally and take from monthly production report in the company in period 2007-2009. so there are 36 samples in this research.The analysis that used in this research is multiple regression as statistics trial technique, and F test used to simultaneous test and t test used to partial test, in significant level 5 %. The result of this research showed that there are a significant influence among a prevention cost and Appraisal cost to reduction of defective product quantities. Correlation between a prevention cost and Appraisal cost show a strong correlation
