This research intended to discover the strategic which applied by PT. KAI DAOP VII Madiun for increasing the quality of service in train transportation, supporting factor and inhibiting factor strategic in increase of quality of service of PT. KAI DAOP VII Madiun. In this research, uses descriptive research with qualitative approach and use analysis method from Miles Huberman. According to result of this research, strategic for increasing the quality of service in trains transportation which used by PT. KAI DAOP VII Madiun can be categorized as successfully to overcome the service, comfort, delay and safety problems. Master strategy like enterprise strategy, corporate strategy, business strategy and functional strategy used to overcome all those problems by PT. KAI DAOP VII Madiun
