The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on employee performance in Jember branch of BRI. This type of research is explanatory research . The samples in this study were 62 permanent employees Jember branch of BRI . The sampling technique used a sample population/sample saturated. Methods of data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is significant influence between financial and non financial compensation on employee performance.
