: The administrator of public service is the government\u27s effort to meet the needs of the basic rights of citizen. In order to realize good customer service, One Roof System (SAMSAT) Malang need for changes in the carrying out of public service, one of them is by issuing the service innovation that is the idea or new concept for changes to the system and procedure whose benefits are significant and directly oriented to the people/community. The purpose of this study is to investigate the innovation implementation of SAMSAT Around and SAMSAT Corner and obstacles in the implementation of innovation SAMSAT Around and SAMSAT Corner in order to improve service to the people/community. This type of research is qualitative research. Sources of data was obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation. Technique to determine the respondents is snowball sampling. Analysis data technique by reduction, presentation and conclusion. The validity of data used is triangulation. This research has resulted in the presence of SAMSAT Around and SAMSAT Corner greatly facilitate the public, the service provided very easy and quickly, the barriers/obstacles in the SAMSAT Around and SAMSAT Corner affect the implementation of service, the lack of ability of employees in the service that impressed their own way and not too friendly, the lack of facility and infrastructure that exist in SAMSAT Around was like queue seat, bin and shelter if it rains, and also the often happened of interference or network problem while online so very hamper the process of service.
