Pengaruh Struktur Modal Dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Pada Perusahaan Otomotif Yang Listing Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2014)

The greater level of profitability demonstrate good management performance in managing company. No exception for the company which go-public. Go-public company allow people to have the company by buy stock. The improvement in the management of the company which go-public will have an impact on the company's stock price in the stock market. Research Purposes is to know the effect of capital structure represented by DER / Debt to Equity Ratio as well as profitability represented ROE / Return Of Equity and EPS / Earning Per Share on stock prices simultaneously and partially in automotive industry company listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2014. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The study concluded that capital structure represented by DER and profitability represented by ROE and EPS has simultaneous and significant effect on stock prices. DER not have partial effect, and not significant effect on stock prices, while the ROE and EPS has partial and significant effect on stock prices
