Pembatalan Akta Hibah Yang Dibuat Di Hadapan Ppat Oleh Pemberi Hibah

One of the empirical problems related to land is about grant. Grant is a gift from a person to another which has no feedback. In law, the grants that have been granted can not be taken back, but there are some exclusions to do so based on some certain conditions. This study will analyze about the cancellation of the deed of grant made before the Land Titles Registrar and the law fact related to the granted property. This study employs juridical normative method. Statutory and conceptual approach are also applied in the study. Based on the result of the study, it is concluded that the cancellation of the deed of grant made before the Land Titles Registrar had to use court's verdict, and the legal consequences on the property filed cancellation is returned to the grantor. All matters relating to the property is no longer considered valid
