This research aims to find, describe and analyze effect of Material Incentives variable and Promotional Positions variable on Employee Work Performances variable on a company either simultaneously or partially. The results showed that Material Incentives variable and Promotional Positions variable simultaneously significant effect on Employee Work Performance. Based on the t test results obtained tvalue= 8,635 with a significance value 0,000 < 0,05 for Material Incentives variable and the tvalue = 4,413 significance value 0,000 < 0,05 for Promotional Positions variable.
