This study aimed to understand how the implementation of education and training, particularly with regard to systems of recruitment of participants, participant curriculum, teaching methods, sources of funding obtained, the facilities available and types of training that followed and what influence it had on the performance of the Southeast Maluku District Environmental Management Agency (BPLH) staff after participating.
