This research aims to know the influence of financial compensation and compensation of non financial achievements of the work of employees. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research/explanation . This study tested the hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between financial compensation variable which includes salary , incentives , and benefits . Non-financial compensation which includes job and work environment , the employee performance which includes the quantity , quality and timeliness.
