Pengaruh Beberapa Metode Pengeringan Terhadap Kadar Flavonoid Total Herba Sambiloto ( Andrographis Paniculata)

Sambiloto is a plant which has been used as a traditional medicine since a long ago, because of activity as immunomodulator. It has been done the research of drying of sambiloto plant by some methods. This research was aimed to know whether the method of drying of sambiloto plant can influence the content of total flavonoid in extract sambiloto herb ( Andrographis paniculata ). The extraction of sambiloto herb was used by soxhletation method and the content total of flavonoid extract sambiloto herb were determined using by TLC Densitometry. The result of TLC Densitometry data showed that the content of total flavonoid sambiloto herb by direct sunlight drying was abaout 24%, by black cloth was about 29% and by oven was about 33,3%.
