Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pemerataan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Jalan (Studi Kasus Di Kecamatan Lawang Kabupaten Malang)

: Community participation in infrastructure development, especially roads obstacles still facing the Malang Regency in general and in particular District Lawang. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the distribution of community participation in road construction, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in community participation. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach to the problem is the focus of Public Participation in the District Lawang equitable development of road infrastructure. The conclusion of the research program of community-based development assistance (Bangsimas) gives authority to the widest rural communities to determine the future direction and objectives desired by the people in their respective villages. By optimizing the potential and capabilities of each rural community to make learning for rural communities in a development that also takes planning, implementation and use of the development in relation to the construction of roads and other infrastructure development.
