Growth and development of industry on health service sector is getting the more high due to the rise of the community awareness of the importance of health. The aim of this research is answering the main issues which comprises: a ) is the quality of the services and the affects patients gratification, either by partial or simultaneously, b ) if the services and loyalty to the patient either in a partial and simultaneous and c ) if the services, and the price of, affected with satisfaction the loyalty of patients The study is done in RSUP Sanglah. That is one hospital that can be researched well. Sample used in this research as many as 110 a person who is inpatient in the 1st class room with sampling techniques purposive. Data analyzed by using path analysis. This research result indicates that quality services and the price of influential significantly to the satisfaction of patients as well as loyalty good simultaneously or by partial. The results of research also shows that satisfaction can be an impact on patients and loyalty can be variable intervening strengthen links quality and loyalty services to patients
