Analisis Kesesuaian Penggunaan Lahan Terhadap Rencana Tata Ruang/wilayah Di Kecamatan Kutoarjo Menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis

Space is a container which includes land space, sea space and air space, including the space on the earth as a place for humans and other living creatures for live, doing activities and preserving their survival. Limited of existence space and grew up of people comprehension against spatial planning are required spatial planning that transparent, effective, and participatory. It will cause spatial planning in order to materialize the safe, comfortable, productive, and sustainable room. To get good suitability of land use, it is conducted a monitoring due to controlling purpose.This research is conducted by making a land use map which aims to see the circumstance on the grounds then comparing with the spatial planning maps of Geographic Information Systems. By comparing a spatial planning map and an appearing of the ground, it is obtained the land use suitability map.By the result of research, 3,620.782 hectare (92.35%) is land with suitable area classification, and 299.995 hectare (7.65%) is land with unsuitable area classification
