Profitabilitas Dan Leverage Sebagai Prediktor Kebijakan Dividen Dan Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Leverage on Dividend Policy and Corporate Value. This study population is a Manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. Sample selection is done using census method based on the issuing company\u27s financial statements are complete and dividends during the observation period in 2011-2014 amounted to 22 companies. Data of this research is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) 2011-2014. Research hypothesis test using path analysis techniques with tools SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that profitability positive and significant effect on dividend policy , leverage a significant negative effect on dividend policy, profitability positive and significant impact on corporate value, leverage positive and significant impact on corporate value, and dividend policy has positive effect and significant impact on the value of the company
