The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of simultaneous and partial characteristics of the individual and job characteristics on employee performance at PT. Inti Bara Mandiri Tuban. Based on the purpose of the study was to look for influence between the variables, the research method used in this research is explanatory.
