This study was conducted in order to find out: (1) the contribution of working period towards teacher\u27s working performances; (2) the contribution of education and training towards teacher\u27s working performances; (3) the contribution working climate towards teacher\u27s working performances; (4) the contribution of working period, education and training, and working climate altogether simultaneously toward working performances of the teachers at Madrasah Ibtida\u27iyah Swasta in Badung regency.
